Actor Ahan Shetty has unveiled his gritty soldier avatar from the much-anticipated war drama Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh. The first look, shared on Friday, shows Ahan in a battle-ready pose, donning an Indian Army uniform — a powerful tribute to the nation’s real-life heroes.
The film, which is currently being shot in Pune, is a sequel to the iconic 1997 war film Border and boasts a star-studded ensemble cast including Varun Dhawan, Sunny Deol, and Diljit Dosanjh.
Shortly after Ahan's reveal, co-star Varun Dhawan also took to social media to share a symbolic image — a close-up of Ahan’s hand caked in mud, highlighting the raw realism and intense conditions depicted in the film. Varun followed up with a similar image of his own mud-covered hand, teasing the physical grit and emotional weight of their roles.
